Let me make it clear; you don't make those decisions yourself.  Not
until you consult me or the ports list, ok?  Please go read the
committer's guide, the rules are quite simple.

Just looking at the Makefile, you can tell that this port goes back to
1997/06/10.  That's older than at least half the other ports! :>

However, I assume you're going to merge this back into net/mpd when
4.0 becomes -stable, and then we can dispose of mpd-netgraph, so there
won't be much history lost in between.  So I think it's ok in this
case.
