The problem is that IBM's jdk uses /proc fs to determine number of processors in a very funny way: by counting how many "bogomips" strings are in the /proc/cpuinfo. Pretty innovative way to get hw.ncpu, isn't it :-). FreeBSD doesn't have a /proc/cpuinfo, therefore you have to mount linprocfs into /compat/proc to get rid of this warning. Alternatively, just copy cpuinfo file into /compat/proc from a linux box near you.
