I've been trying to record from a soundblaster 16 using NAS (on
freebsd-current). The recording *appears* to work, but I can't
play the files because they have three channels in them. Auedit
shows three channels too. The auinfo program reports the "stereo"
input device as having three channels to. Why might this be?
I've tried mixing the channels with sox, but it can't deal with
three.

Can anyone shed some light on this?
