am a kernel newbie. i tried adding code to the kernel 
and compiled it and installed . when i tried rebooting 
my new image the kernel panics with a fatal trap 12: 
page fault ( for which i know the reason). How do i 
boot the system now. how can i revert back to an 
earlier image? or how can i do it from a floppy?
pl help
