Just pick up a recent one; works for me. (Took it from ftp.freebsd.org as the one on my 2.2.1 CD failed.). The one in tools/src/Fips Worked just fine. Same for booteasy. Had to upgrade that as well. Beware though that the only kernel patch I know for reading/mounting Fat32 is for 3.0SNAP.
