The other day I was typing out a find(1) command and I noticed that FreeBSD's find(1) doesn't implement some of the same features as GNU find (in my case, -maxdepth was what I was looking for). I also noticed that there was a ports submission of GNU findutils PR ports/17675 that hasn't ever been acted on. I emailed the submitter and he told me hadn't heard anything, either. Was there some reason that this didn't get committed and if not could it get committed? GNU find is the one thing I really miss from Linux -- I find myself doing unholy things with ls and sed in its place..
