Well, Since berkeley never replied to my question, I looked in their industrila liason program and found this page: http://hera.eecs.berkeley.edu/~software/spice3f5.html wehere it is stated (towards the end) that Spice can be foreign distributed without restriction. Furthermore, this page http://hera.eecs.berkeley.edu/~software/distribute.policy.html gives SPICE as an example of their open distribution policy. I donīt see why we donīt "package" it ! Pedro.
