I am in the process of starting an ISP in my area.  However, I'm not too
sure what it will take on the business side of the deal.  Is there anyone
that knows where I can get info on:

How to deal with the taxes
Record Keeping
How to go about registering our company name

If there is a web page or ftp archive that has this information someone
could point me to?  Or if anyone has this info already could you send it to
me?
