Dear Folks, apologies if this question is off-topic, but I know no other place I can ask. I got one problem configuring sendmail (or maybe I need something else?): Current setup: Internet connection via modem (dialup). Receiving mail using POP3 and fetchmail from the provider. Sending mail via yahoo. <- this should change. Here's what I want to do: I want /one/ account here on my local box to be able to receive internet mail via my provider. Local mail delivery should continue as usual. When I dial up to my provider, fetchmail grabs e-mail stored at my provider and forwards it to the enabled account locally. Mail sent from the internet-mail-enabled account to non-local addresses only should be delivered to my provider as soon as the connection is completed. Other local mail should not leave my box. What I /not/ want is to grab the mail using Netscape, KMail or the like, I prefer solutions using sendmail, so local delivery will continue as usual. AFAIK this should be possible using sendmail -- only I cannot figure out how. Anybody got some pointers for me? Thanks in advance Christoph Sold ---- <christoph_sold@yahoo.com> / <christoph_sold@bigfoot.de> / <christoph.sold@pk.she.de> P.S: Please cc: <christoph.sold@pk.she.de> for I get this list in digest mode only. _________________________________________________________ DO YOU YAHOO!?
