Is there an empty socket? Yes ... but, what I'm more curious about is how do I know that the first CPU is Dual-Core? When I boot the machine without an OS, it just reports one CPU, but is that to be expected until I get the OS up itself? Or shoudl the POST screens be showing it as two CPUs (4 if I had a second Dual Core in it?) ... or, are all Xeon's now Dual-Core, period?
