Early revisions (those with the Digital 2114x chip) work fine in FreeBSD. The latest rev of these boards comes with a chip identified as NETGEAR on the chip; as of now they don't work. Someone else may know if anyone is working on a driver for it. (NDA requirements are getting more and more common in this business, even for chip programming specs, so it may not be possible within FreeBSD's paradigm). Fortunately the package comes with the chip showing, so you can pick and choose. (As of a month or so ago (infinity in this business) Fry's in Sunnyvale had several hundred of the DEC ones. Down here (LA area) it is spotty.) -- Pete To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
