But, I did not email that list, I emailed <python@freebsd.org> per the port Makefile. It's a bit unfriendly that issu= es are supposed to be reported to port maintainers first, but the port maintai= ner address is redirected to an email list that you have to go subscribe to bef= ore you can send a message to it.
