Is it possible to shape traffic (limit consumption) from specific ip ranges? For example, I have some files that are usually pulled down from one customer - when they do this, it eats up a lot of traffic - if I could limit the bandwidth from my site TO theirs, it would be better and wouldn't interfere with other operations going over the interface. I tried looking for a "howto" on this... Thanks.
