    What does this mean?  Running "portupgrade -a"?  If so, libxslt wasn't
going to be updated by portupgrade, so I don't think it would have made a
difference.  I normally use "portupgrade -rR <foo>" when upgrading a particular
port.

    Do you mean running "portupgrade -a" before installing a port?  I use
"portupgrade -rRN <foo>" when installing a new port, shouldn't that take care
of these issues?
