Once downloaded burn that image to a CD. You now have a bootable CD to install from. The file can be downloaded from: ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/i386/ISO-IMAGES/3.3-install.cd0. You may need to rename .cd0 to .iso for your burner software to recognize it before burning.
