My PC has IDE CD-ROM and so I chose to install from a DOS partition. I
have downloaded all the files I need to install X-windows and kernel
sources which I need to recompile to include PS/2 mouse. I chose the
novice route to install since I am new to UNIX.

I am successful in installing either the X-user option or the kernel
developer option, but not both. I have looked into custom option but
could not find a way to include both kernel sources and x-user option.

Is there a way to do what I want without including everything since I
have only 200MB partition for FreeBSD?

Any help will be greately appriciated.

Thanks

Chetty.
