While we encourage collaboration, Bugzilla really isn't the place to be QA'ing
a build failure for a port that doesn't exist in the ports tree yet. 

The reason is that it's unrelated to the www/squid port, and there's nothing
that the current MAINTAINER (or any committers) can do to resolve it (close the
issue).
