Here is exactly what I did (this has happneed on 5+ install attempts) custom operations (debug to yes, yes to all) part all label 100M / 100M /usr 100M swap distributions, custom bin,des,dict,info,man,proflibs,src des(des) src(sys) Media ftp active commit stand boot --- A new one: If you dont create a /usr then go through the commit and it fails and then you go back and add a /usr it fails to properly create the partition, causing /usr to fail mounting on reboot (blks x,x,x,x unreadable is the error msg) -Crh
