You don't understand. Portsdb -U and make index are alternate processes=20 that can be used to create INDEX. If you don't have a fully populated=20 ports tree make bails. So, if you are going to do a "make index" you=20 have to cvsup ports-all,=20 I would guess that he refused too many sections.
