fvwm and fvwm95 require the Xpm (X pixmap) package which you can either
install as a package using pkg_add - you used pkg_add to install
fvwm, didn't you ? - or compile it from the ports directory in which case
libXpm is built prior to fvwm since xpm is in the dependency list.
