I have looked on your ftp site to dowload the files to install FreeBSD
but I am confused. I have a computer that doesn't have a modem or nic
and want to install FreeBSD. I have never tried it before so I am fuzzy
about buying the cd's for $30. I would like to download the files using
ftp. and then put the files on floppy disks. Is there a list to show
what files are needed and which files go on which disk. I also have a
zip drive, is there a way to use it when installing FreeBSD? Right now I
am using Linux. How does BSD stand up to Linux. I know that BSD is a
true unix and Linux is a unix clone. How much more compatible is BSD
compared to Linux when using software that is downloaded off of the
internet. I have been having alot of trouble getting some software to
work with Linux.

Thanks,
