The card was working o.k. with 4.3. (It is still fully functional with winxp.) I am sort of worried about it, because I have the same card installed in a remote server and would like to upgrade it to RELENG_4_6. I hope the information below will be sufficient aid, if not please let me know: # pciconf -lv on the 4.6 box (rev 08 ok, the rev 05 see dmesg output) : none1@pci0:9:0: class=0x020000 card=0x00098086 chip=0x12298086 rev=0x05 hdr=0x00 vendor = 'Intel Corporation' device = '82557/8/9 EtherExpress PRO/100(B) Ethernet Adapter' class = network subclass = ethernet fxp0@pci0:10:0: class=0x020000 card=0x000c8086 chip=0x12298086 rev=0x08 hdr=0x00 vendor = 'Intel Corporation' device = '82557/8/9 EtherExpress PRO/100(B) Ethernet Adapter' class = network subclass = ethernet # dmesg output: Copyright (c) 1992-2002 The FreeBSD Project.
