The Makefile should have this id: $FreeBSD: head/net/mediatomb/Makefile 345236 2014-02-20 14:38:19Z tijl $ Check that you don't have any local modifications in the port or in /usr/ports/Mk, particularly /usr/ports/Mk/Uses/iconv.mk. If all of that checks out then send me this file: /usr/ports/net/mediatomb/work/mediatomb-0.12.1/config.log.
