I use the IBM JDK under Free BSD Linux emulation for large multithreaded network application. And i found several bugs: 1. incorrect SO_TIMEOUT support in case of several simultaneously open connections. 2. infinite loop in some hashtable.get(null). and so on. But perfomance of IBM JDK is great! I will try to avoid this bugs. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ernst de Haan" <ernst@jollem.com> To: "Greg Lewis" <glewis@eyesbeyond.com>; "seek3r" <seek3r@neurotic.dyndns.org> Cc: <freebsd-java@FreeBSD.ORG> Sent: Thursday, November 15, 2001 3:51 PM Subject: IBM JDK on FreeBSD (Was: JDK 1.3.1 on Freebsd?) > > Ernst > > -- > Ernst de Haan > EuroNet Internet B.V. > > "Come to me all who are weary and burdened > and I will give you rest" -- Jesus Christ > > To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org > with "unsubscribe freebsd-java" in the body of the message > To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-java" in the body of the message
