Just by basing on yer subject and the names from yer mail I have to say this:

CPU: Why on earth make a server with a Celeron? This CPU has no 2nd level cache
and will serverely hamper a server.

ABIT's tend to be good Motherboards.

I have used both the Matrox and the #9 and they are both very good cards...

Adaptec is a standard ;)

HDD? I would prefer either SeaGate of Quantum.

CD-ROM? Plextor, most definately...

FDD? not that important ;)

NIC Intel EtherExpress, I use them myself and like them...
