I know this message of my Soundblaster AWE64. It's no harm. The card offers more than eight possibilities (the maximum FBSD wants) for PnP configurations. Therefore the warning. How did your card fail? As it is ISA you really have to care for the IRQ and IO. Check your dmesg for this and forget the above-cited line. If there is a (DOS-)tool to disable PnP I always prefer to handcraft IO and IRQ settings.
