It's possible to have it over 100% because there is some reserve space set aside when you format, but you've used that up as well. Try "du -ks /usr*" to see where it's being used, and delete something. Maybe logs in /usr/local/var, mail in home dirs, or do you have Samba file shares under /usr ? -RW
