Possibly it's your DNS for their domain. Maybe it's in your .cf Take a look at both of these bearing in mind the www.their.domain IS in your Cw Run sendmail -d0.9 to see what sendmail sees as local. We have no problems sending mail to clients from the webserver and haven't done anything out of the ordinary to allow it.
