Synopsis: gnats web form is overenthusiastic about turning bin/xxxx into an href State-Changed-From-To: open->closed State-Changed-By: keramida State-Changed-When: Sun Mar 23 06:14:20 PST 2003 State-Changed-Why: There is no easy way to distinguish between bin/18763 when it refers to a PR in the running text from when it refers to a NtBSD PR or an OpenBSD PR, or whatever, without additional hints from the human who types the text. And do it fast too... I'm leaving this in `suspended' state, just in case someone finds a way that we don't know about now.
