In a response that I received from Marinos J . Yannikos <mjy@pobox.com>, he was fetching the Wraphelp.c thru a proxy server. His proxy server was turning LF into LF+CR and that is what caused his build failure. I sent his response back to freebsd-gnats-submit, and it is include in this PR.
