shar file for devel/sonarcube (style revision)

- Fixed excessive tabs in Makefile
- Wrap at 76 chars in pkg-descr
- Reorder Makefile per portlint
- Fix Windows newlines that prevent SVN from adding the patches

There are still some portlint issues:
