FreeBSD comes bundled with 'sendmail' (www.sendmail.org) it's
pretty useful and flexible, however the ports collection
(http://www.freebsd.org/ports) contains at least 3 other
email servers.

I'm not sure exactly which to recommend, I find sendmail to be
quite flexible, but I'll be checking out postfix after it's
gotten more time in the hot seat.
