We have a problem with a harddrive in that it lost its partition information. We need to get the data off of this drive. We know the sizes of each partition from a 'df' output before the drive crashed and burned. Does anybody know if there is a way to find out the locations of the super blocks for each partition? We have tried different disklabels and are getting bad superblock errors. Anybody have any advice/software that would help us fix this problem. Thanks in advance. Greg Skouby Harbor Communications
