  Fix cdrecord in the CAM case, so that transfer sizes are at most:
  
  DFLTPHYS - PAGE_SIZE
  
  This goes along with my recent changes to cam_periph.c, and allows for
  non-page-aligned transfers.  (which cdrecord tends to do sometimes)
