Sigh, David, did you get my patch to the man page? I'd really like
to see this changed asap in 2.1. It's really an interim 2.1 patch
just to cut down on this misunderstanding. Hopefully, then next version
of gnats will be out before 2.2 so I'll fix up the 2.2 branch then.

Hmm, I've no idea why the PR hasn't gone to the bugs list, maybe it's
stuck in a queue. I'll check on it tomorrow.
