Machine in a dual CPU E250 running FreeBSD 5.2.1 CURRENT-64BTT #1. Did a cvsup with tag of RELENG_5_3, which seemed to execute without any problems. Proceeded to 'make buildworld' and this is the end of the process: cc -O -pipe -I/usr/src/usr.bin/make -DMAKE_VERSION=\"5200408120\" - D__FBSDID=__RCSID -DDEFSHELL=1 -static -o make arch.o buf.o compat.o cond.o dir.o for.o hash.o job.o main.o make.o parse.o str.o suff.o targ.o util .o var.o var_modify.o lstAppend.o lstAtEnd.o lstAtFront.o lstClose.o lstConcat.o lstDatum.o lstDeQueue.o lst Destroy.o lstDupl.o lstEnQueue.o lstFind.o lstFindFrom.o lstFirst.o lstForEach.o lstForEachFrom.o lstInit.o lstInsert.o lstIsAtEnd.o lstIsEmpty.o lstLast.o lstMember.o lstNext.o lstOpen.o lstRemove.o lstReplace.o lst Succ.o /usr/lib/crt1.o: In function `_start': /usr/lib/crt1.o(.text+0xac): undefined reference to `_init_tls' *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/src/usr.bin/make. *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/src. *** Error code 1 Stop in /usr/src. I am confused as to how to proceed. I re-cvsupped the whole thing after deleting /usr/src, /usr/obj, /usr/sup, and it still bombs. Any thoughts? -- 72, Jim N0OCT
