When I enable a host relayd exits.
The error message is:
fatal: pfe_dispatch_imsg: desynchronized
This happens only if I disable a host during long running checks.

Run 'relayctl host disable 2' during a check cycle.
Now relayctl shows that the host 2 is disabled.
If you enable this host relayd exits on the next check of this host.
