Hi All,

The patch, which upgrades the ``cx'' driver and cxconfig utility,
(which are in the -current source tree) to the version 1.9
is placed into ftp.freebsd.org:/FreeBSD/incoming/cx19pch.tgz.

Would somebody _please_ commit it?
