The only way this can be made to work is by making the alias code
understand how to accept incoming ident connections and direct them
to the appropriate (unaliased) IP:port (AFAIR, the ident stuff passes
a port number and expects a user name back ?).

Basically, with the alias stuff activated, you're firewalled
tighter than a *oops* *slap*
