Many foreign participants don't even understand you, while some American ones would strongly disagree with you :-) Even you don't appear to realize, that the president of the USA is NEVER chosen by popular vote -- by design. You also forgot to add the "IANAL" to your comment on the legality of the Florida's ballots during the last presidential elections. People accuse the current administration of the USA of being "court appointed" as if that's something horrible. It was not true in that case -- that's not what the court was deciding, but even if it were. Half the country (give or take) would've been pissed one way or the other -- much better to take the judges' decision than to go to a civil war.
