This sounds like a flashplugin issue. By default it is using ALSA, but as we do not have support for it, there's a "plugin" for flash, which replaces the ALSA stuff with OSS stuff. Try to find out what it is using. Maybe provide "pkginfo| grep linux" and someone here is able to tell you what is wrong.
