armv6 was dropped in v1.6.1 per
https://chromium.googlesource.com/webm/libvpx/+/d55724fae9cb%5E%21/
Rather than pointlessly populate synthetic platforms let's fallback to
generic-gnu like other downstream builds.

I guess this means taking maintainership. ;)
