You could always partition the ports up a bit more and put
the more important ones on the first CD.  Certainly its more useful
to have stuff like sysutils, shells, devel, editors, lang, net, security
on the first CD and the fluffier stuff like benchmarks, emulators,
graphics, plan9, games on the second.  Of course I'll probably start another
flame war over whose ports get on the first CD too ;-)
