Your rtc0 clock interrupt stopped working for some reason.  This may
be caused by using option DUMMY_NOPS or some other timing problem in
accessing the rtc.  I removed this option in -current a few days ago.

The `in' count should always be >= 100+128 (+-1 +-1) if clock interrupts
are working.
