Well, semantically I feel that COMMENT should go inside pkg-descr. Concentrate all BLURB about a port in the same place. We can't argue that VARs should solely go into Makefile unless we disconsider WWW. If that's wrong, that is a long pending "fix". However, we should keep as much compat as possible with NetBSD..... One doubt though? Do they have WWW, how do they treat it? If are not in sync with that either, either becoming fully in sync or braking one more VAR is fine by me.
