I bought a computer with 64MB and installed 137MB swap space.
Some weeks later I upgrade the RAM to 128MB, still using
137MB swap space. Randomly (twice a week) I get a strange swap
space warning:

swap_pager: suggest more swap space: 253 MB

the current swap usage at this time is less than 10% (5-15MB of
137MB).

IHMO the kernel should not print a warning unless 50%
of the total swap space is in use.
