I've observed this is an ongoing problem with expect. The master site 
changes their archive without changing its name. Try grabbing a copy of the 
expect source from the distfiles collection at ftp.cdrom.com. I think I 
found *that* copy to match the checksums of the matching ports/lang/expect.

I got 4 copies of expect.tar.gz before I found one that matched.
