Thank you, I wasn't aware of that.  I apologize for my lack of
precision and clarity.  Before the upgrade I'd entered the configs via
the a.out loader; where they went afterwards wasn't a concern (until
now :-)

I kind of wanted to avoid putting this system into a state where I'd
have to figure out how to hook up a drive to it again for ye olde
fixit floppy.
