It was talked about being held up for 2.2 and 2.0.8 which fixed some major
security bugs, not because it was the latest and greatest version.  Can we
end this thread as I think the decision has already been made to either get
rid of 2.0.7 and 2.2.0alpha3 from 4.3 or delay it so that 2.0.8 and 2.2.0
can be on it.
