When I use poudriere, to reduce compilation time of dependencies, I just copy the package llvm60 to /usr/local/poudriere/data/packages/<jailname>-<porttree_name> from an already compiled package (at the moment I test all my ports on the same FreeBSD version, so I have not had any compatibility problem yet).
